Welcome to our first Sea to Soul Wellness ‘mini retreat’ series and our first of many: Sauna to Soul session!
This one will take place in Sturgeon County, Alberta at YarrowStead, where a beautiful; Sauna, cold plunge, and indoor space to gather and re-calibrate our nervous systems is.
October 10th, Saturday: 2:00pm - 5:00pm
This afternoon will include:
An opening ceremony (intention and release)
Sauna/Cold Plunge (over an hour - in and out as you wish)
Gentle Meditation
Wild Tea and herb Workshop (create your own teas to take home)
Snacks, Elixirs, a beautiful indoor fire ceremony space to: connect, share and be apart of a beautiful community.
$88 for the afternoon 2:00pm - 5:00pm
