A wellness retreat designed for you to sit in harmony by the sea.
Sea meets soul, soul meets sea.
To: gather, rest, rejuvenate & recalibrate. A weekend designed to bring you back into your highest presence.
WHEN
Next retreat: October 16th 2026
Three FULL days, 2 nights.
Starting at 4:00pm on Friday, ending at 4:00pm Sunday.
WHERE
Salt Spring Island, a short ferry ride from: Crofton, Victoria or Vancouver BC.
This land was very intentionally sourced, and will feel like coming home.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation can either be a Solo room, Shared (there is only one room with two queen beds: Oceanview).
Or a Solo King Suite. If you are feeling the need to really indulge in a luxury getaway, we have two extra large king rooms with an added lounge space and 180 degrees of Oceanview. These rooms are absolutely exquisite.
Almost all of the rooms are quipped with ocean front views, in a modern, earthy style resort that carries a cabin type feel; this is luxury meets the ultimate, earth-toning relaxation.
The Journey & Why
Hello, and welcome my loves.
To be here, in this space is such an honour.
The journey of being a host and a facilitator for anyone who needs the space to be held; has always been a natural way of being for me. Creating a safe, empowering space for women feels like what I was put on this earth to do.
Holding space started with a small store front studio, called Salt & Soul in Sundre, Alberta. And when 4 walls with a 9-5 stigma didn’t energetically fit anymore, I decided to not completely give up space holding but to just pivot.
Enter: Retreat space.
‘Sea’ to Soul was born, a wellness venture I could place all of my intention in. Now I get to put on and create something so much more powerful and intentional.
The community of women and wellness has always been a strong part of what I believe in, and what I love to be apart of.
This beautiful little spot on Salt Spring Island, near Ruckle Provincial Park, has been waiting for me, for us. I grew up loving Salt Spring Island and the culture as a young teenager into my adolescent years. As much as I would love to say this is just a retreat destination for me, it’s not - it is a coming home.
This sweet little cove, nestled on a private beach on the south side of the island knew we were coming long before I did.
I cannot wait to share this land and all of it’s offerings with you.
Thank you for being here, it means the world.
Hope this retreat resonates, in all the ways.
